It was so good! I used a Mexican shredded chicken for it so it had some extra flavoring. Definitely making this again!

The husband and I really enjoyed this recipe, the kids not so much. They did like the filling though, so next time I'll only stuff 2-3 poblanos and leave the rest of the filling out.

Super tasty. I didn't use all the cheese added some avocado to make up for all the cheese. My whole family including kids enjoyed the meal.

Super yummy! Will definitely make these again and freeze some for my busy days at work. We used bell peppers instead and they still came out super delicious

Will be making these again! Tried goat cheese instead of mozzarella to add some tang and balance the tomatoes

Easy to make. Simple ingredients. So much better that standard stuffed green peppers! Definitely a keeper!
