It was alright, not bad at all and everyone ate it, but there was nothing to give it that special kick. Felt like something was missing.

Delicious and easy. I made a bit more of the filling than called for to have a chili-type leftover.

Delicious! Couple of minor changes, added cheese half way down, also ground mustard, paprika, worcesterchire and cilantro. Otherwise, followed the recipe and everything turned out perfect. will make again.

I thought it turned out just right. The peppers were not mushy and I used pepper jack cheese and mild cheddar as a topping.

It turned out perfect. Very simple but full of flavor. My family loves it. We’ll be doing this again as my eight year old had to eat a second helping. Anytime they want seconds, it’s a keeper.

My family loved this. It was so easy to make... even my picky 9 year old loved it!

I made a few alterations to the seasonings (1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning, minced garlic) and used yellow rice instead of white for more flavor. Came out great, definitely will be a repeat in my house!

Not a recipe, easy to make but lacks seasoning. I added oregano to boost the flavour.

So easy to make! My husband (who usually hates any sort of veggie) loved these peppers!

This was my attempt at liking peppers. The filling was really tasty and the recipe was easy to follow. Still not the biggest fan of peppers, but I'm still trying to get them into my system because they're so healthy. I'd recommend for pepper lovers or those not so inclined, like myself.

I made stuffed pepper for the first time, using this recipe. It was easy! We loved them.

I made it with pork instead of beef and I also added grated zucchini and left over corn. Deliciousness!!

I remember hating stuffed peppers as a kid but i really liked this. I used ground turkey and added some Lawry's seasoning. The ingredient list called for onion and garlic but then never said when to add the onion. i cooked the onion with the meat and skipped the garlic but i wish i switched it. Next time...

I modified it a bit...I threw a small can of diced tomatoes in there with the tomato sauce. I also used all of the green pepper and sauteed it with the beef and onion. I seasoned the meat with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. It turned out amazing. My fiance said it tasted just like his mother's.
