It was good! I made it with ground chicken instead of beef and added some more spices to it to give it a kick. I added onion powder, garlic powder, and chili powder to the sauce mixture and we loved it! Extra sauce/chicken mixture would be good on tortillas too!

It was good I chopped Fred tomatoes because I didn’t have sauce and it worked out perfectly.

My husband and I thought these were great. Just a bit of heat and lots of flavor!

Turned out yummy! I wanted to make stuffed peppers different than my normal ones, so gave this a shot. I did add a little more Italian seasoning, red peppers and garlic to it because I love bold flavors. I also dice up the tops of the peppers and added it with the onions like I do mine.

Very good! I didn't use breadcrumbs and used slices of provolone instead of mozzarella, but turned out amazing! Will definitely make them again!

I made this recipe tonight and it was delicious. I doubled the recipe to use for stuffing a spaghetti squash. it was a total hit. Tip would be to read all directions before hand. IF not the process will be longer for you. The only thing I did differently was cook the peppers with meat without cheese for 15 mins and 5 mins with cheese my preference. As well as added more sauce on top before baking.
