Excellent flavour. The loaf was very moist. Only complaint is that it fell apart when I tried to transfer it to a platter, if I make it again, I will either mix all ingredients together as other reviewer suggested or just serve it from cooking pan.

I added yellow peppers and celery to the veg and fresh Italian parsley to the meat, which made it moist and sweet, but next time I make it, I will mix it all instead of stuffing because it separated while serving. I also nixed the ketchup and grape glaze for a more tangy gravy with vinegar and sugar and it was perfection!
