- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. dried parsley (or 4 tbsp. chopped, fresh)
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. seasoning (Liquid Smoke, optional)
- onion (1 med., minced)
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper (or green, red, minced)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/2 pkg. Gimme Lean hamburger style
- 1/4 tsp. fennel seed
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Tabasco (or other hot sauce)
