- 1 cup cold water (very, place an ice cube in the water to cool it)
- 4 Tbsp. blackcurrant jam (good quality, 100% fruit shop bought or homemade)
- 4 plums (washed and sliced thinly)
- 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar (to sprinkle on top)
- 1 cup coconut yogurt (to serve)
