    Very tasty, didn’t have leeks so used red onions instead and used cheddar instead of the blue cheese. Will definitely do again

    I’ve done this twice , and has been an absolute success. I’ve used mushrooms and vegan cheese instead of the dairy products as my friend is Vegas. She absolutely loved it! Very easy to cook, the only little problem is to peel the butternut squash 🤦🏻‍♀️
