I did not follow the recipe exactly as far as ingredients - but I did follow the ratios - 4 eggs, 2c other filling. I made it Mexican. Used chorizo, mushrooms, onion, jalapeño, cheddar cheese, blackened seasoning. Filled peppers. Added cheese to top about 5min before done. Turned out excellent!!
