Great! I made some adjustments, added a tsp of tomato paste mixed with olive oil to the top of the peppers 15 min before they were done, topped with melted butter mixed with brown sugar.
4 min before they were done, i sprinkled with the 3 mix cheddar (cheese was added after i took this pic) 🍽🤤

This is yummy. Added roasted corn, garlic cloves & chili flakes to deepen the flavor!

This was delicious! We cut the rice, salsa, and black beans in half and it was perfect. Will definitely make again.

Really really tasty and very easy to make, I added mushrooms to mine, otherwise used same recipe great will definitely cook again
