Good stuffing combination, and definitely tasty. However, this is one dish where you gotta ask yourself is it worth amount of effort and dishes. Will make again, but I'm thinking dicing the peppers and adding them to the combo as a stir fry. I think this would make a great burrito stuffer.

I didn’t have V8 so I used medium Picante sauce. I also used Italian seasoning. I used Mexican cheese blend instead of pepper jack. It turned out delicious. I used what I had in my fridge.

This recipe was quite tasty. I don't use salt, so I substituted salt with southwest cajun spices. I also used turkey instead of beef and black rice. I will try this again.

SO GOOD. As with every recipe, I added significantly more garlic and cheese than called for. I also added black beans and sliced black olives. My boyfriend and I loved it.

Freak’n awesome!! Used only red peppers, vidalia onions and super sweet white corn to balance the “twang” from the pepperjack Definitely a keeper in my recipes!
