There was nothing wrong with the recipe, it was fine, but it just wasn’t flavorful enough for me and my family.
Edit: I tried it again and used 3/4 of a jar of Classico 4 cheese sauce instead of tomato sauce mixed in the meat, half the rice (1/4 cup) and a packet of ranch dressing instead of the seasoning listed. Topped each pepper with the pasta sauce also. It was much better, 5 stars.
