- bell peppers (red, yellow,orange)
- minced onion (Finely chopped /, preferably red 1 cup)
- garlic cloves (finely minced 2 table spoons)
- 1/4 cup coriander
- 1/4 tsp. cumin seed
- salt (for Taste)
- 1 tsp. garam masala
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric
- red chili powder (for taste)
- 3 flour
- 3 oil

Directions
- Rinse and wash bells, then core them .
- Now in a bowl add all the ingredients taken except for the oil and mix well using a spoon . DON'T add any water as, the onions produce enough moisture for the mixture, if you add water the mixture after cooking gets very hard .
- Now stuff the bells with the mixture .
