  • bell peppers (red, yellow,orange)
  • minced onion (Finely chopped /, preferably red 1 cup)
  • garlic cloves (finely minced 2 table spoons)
  • 1/4 cup coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin seed
  • salt (for Taste)
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • red chili powder (for taste)
  • 3 flour
  • 3 oil

    Directions

    1. Rinse and wash bells, then core them .
    2. Now in a bowl add all the ingredients taken except for the oil and mix well using a spoon . DON'T add any water as, the onions produce enough moisture for the mixture, if you add water the mixture after cooking gets very hard .
    3. Now stuff the bells with the mixture .
