didn't have pumpkin spice, so i used smoked paprika & a dash of red pepper for a more savory & spicy flavor. pretty delicious.

This was so easy and delicious. My husband was a little iffy about the egg on top, but after eating it said it's what made it come together. Will definitely make it again.
