- 220 mL ice cold water (/7.7flozs/)
- 30 mL extra virgin olive oil (plus extra for greasing surfaces)
- 3 Tbsp. cornmeal
- 1 cup marinara sauce (I used a spicy tomato pasta sauce)
- 1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan (reserve 2 tablespoons for sprinkling)
- 150 grams capsicum (grilled, cut into small pieces)
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos (sliced)
- 1/4 cup pitted black olives (halved)
- 150 grams smoked ham (triple)
- 150 grams salami (sopressa)
- 150 grams hot salami
- 1 1/2 cups cheese (grated tasty)
- 1 egg (beaten)
