5/5 recipe! Man this was so good! I had fun making the meatballs. I added a little olive oil to my hands before kneading all the ingredients together. I used "better than bullion" since no beef mug in a cup, as others have mentioned. Delicious sauce, I'm never going back to a hamburger helper in a box again. Only regret, I couldn't find 14oz of mushrooms, so I had to settle for two 8oz boxes. I wish I used all 16oz because the mushrooms turned out nearly as good as the meatballs.

Turned out great I used better than boullion’s (I couldn’t find the knorr mug in a cup) I also used beef broth instead of water. I turned out great, everyone said to add to our make again list. Next time I will use a little less boullion and a little less cornstarch.

It turned out fine, but the author is probably right about the Knorr 'Beef in a Mug' bouillon being a necessary component because I didn't have that (nor was I about to try and acquire it because it's more of a specialty item and difficult to find), and it came out lacking in flavor. as it simmered towards the end, I kept adding more and more beef stock, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper. As written, the recipe isn't all that flavorful without the Knorr bouillon I guess.

the sauce turned out too thick. I think the cornstarch and the soup are too much together. Or maybe i did something wrong.

Turned out great! Very rich with tons of beef flavor. I did actually use 1 Knorr Beef Bouillon cube instead of the recommended Knorr's soup base. Also fried the meatballs, then added onions and mushrooms. Doing it this way added another level of beef flavouring. Deglazed pan with Bouillon/2 cups water. Then added mushroom soup, sour cream and fresh thyme. Did not use cornstarch as I simmered the sauce for 40 min. Turned out thick and creamy!😉😋
