Description
Falafel is a traditional Egyptian and Middle Eastern vegetarian dish. It typically consists of a fried patty made of chickpeas or fava beans and various seasonings and is served alongside pita. This falafel recipe uses string beans as its base ingredient. Easily made in the food processor, these falafel patties will require a little refrigeration before frying. Serve with greek yogurt, hummus, and pita for a Middle Eastern inspired lunch or dinner.
