This recipe came out perfect! Very moist and stayed that way for a number of days. Shared some with my neighbor and he asked if I could please make it again! It will be my go to recipe next year during rhubarb season!

Tried and true. I always come back to this receipe. Today I made it into 12 muffins and two mini loaves.
22 minutes for muffins 34 for mini loaves.

Good easy bread recipe. I always enjoy the tanginess of the rhubarb. I partially freeze the bread so slices are neater
