Super easy! I didn’t sweeten the strawberries, and we enjoyed it topped with a little whipped cream.

This recipe is my entire family’s favorite! It is perfectly sweet and soft and delightful!

So good! I cheated and used bisquick mix for the cake. Turned out great. I add 1-2 Tbsp of sugar per cup of cream before whipping.

Super easy to make in no time at all!
Everyone loved the biscuits... light, soft middle, crispy crust, delicious!

So delicious! The bread part was a little crumbly, but I think with a little refinement, I can perfect it the second time.

This recipe is absolutely decadent! I’ve made it 2 times now, and the second time I divided the dough into eight smaller cakes instead of four large ones. The crispy edges are divine!! Absolutely recommend!

A little too sweet for what I was looking for. I’ll use less sugar next time. There will definitely be a next time though!

Made it in my KitchenAid artisan mixer with dough hook. it came out great but i should have doubled it!! LOL! IT WAS DELICIOUS.

Really, really good. Very nice hint of sweet but not too much. No major substitutions. The only thing I did differently was subbed 25% of the sugar for brown sugar.

it was great we improvised and made the shortcake smaller and we just carved the inside out and put the strawberries and strawberry sauce in it

The metrics version states it is 188g, but actually, it is 234 g. The rest of the ingredients are spot on. I love fresh strawberries on shortcake. Living in Finland means loads of strawberries... every year. No fakie fakie sponge cake from the store for us... only the real deal. Yum.

This turned out perfectly! I substituted the milk for cream and the texture and flavor was amazing!
