- 10 oz. couscous (original plain)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 5 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil (divided)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup Smucker’s Natural Strawberry Fruit Spread
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup strawberries (thinly sliced fresh)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh mint leaves (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Directions
- PREPARE couscous mix according to package directions, using chicken broth, 1 tablespoon olive oil and salt. Place in large bowl; fluff with fork.
- WHISK fruit spread, 1/4 cup olive oil and vinegar until blended. Pour over couscous. Stir until evenly blended. Cool at least 15 minutes.
- FOLD in strawberries and mint just before serving. Sprinkle with cheese.
