- 4 cups shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. coconut sugar
- 50 drops liquid (plain or vanilla stevia, to taste)
- 3 lb. strawberries (fresh)
- 1/2 lime
- 20 drops liquid stevia (plain or vanilla, to taste)
- 2 tsp. agar (powder, not flakes)
