These were amazing! I have always loved strawberries with bananas, albeit fresh fruit, in yogurt, jello! Our fruit always seems to go bad, due to everyone forgetting it’s in the fridge, so I decided to find a recipe to do something with strawberries. This had a great texture, a wonderful flavor and very simple to make! I wasn’t expecting it to only make 6 muffins, though I was able to make it to 8. Next time, and there will be a next time, I will double the recipe!
