- 3 sheets gelatine (leaf, or 1 tbsp of powdered gelatine)
- 200 grams digestive biscuits (crushed into fine crumbs, or graham crackers)
- 120 grams unsalted butter (melted)
- 180 mL cream (double, heavy)
- 360 grams cream cheese (I used Philadelphia)
- 150 grams icing sugar (confectioners'/powedered sugar sifted)
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 limes
