Craving a cold, sweet treat on a hot summer day? Break out the popsicle molds for these delectable homemade Strawberry and Coconut Popsicles. You now have it in your power to make the perfect cold treat on a warm summer afternoon. Made with strawberries and coconut milk, these popsicles are full of creamy, fruity flavor. Be sure to allow the popsicles to freeze for at least 6 hours before serving. You can use either fresh or frozen strawberries.

- 1 cup frozen strawberries (or fresh)
- 5 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 400 mL coconut milk
- 200 mL semi-skimmed milk

Directions
- Place the strawberries in a food processor or blender, switch on the turbo button. and chop very well.
- Place the strawberries in a saucepan on medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of sugar, and bring to a boil. The sugar should melt completely.
- In a cup, mix the milk, coconut milk, and sugar stirring everything very well until all the sugar has dissolved.
- Pour the strawberry mixture into the popsicle forms, and then the coconut milk. Close tightly, orm, put the sticks in the form, and freeze for at least 6 hours.
