- 0.5 oz. strawberry (sachet, flavoured jelly, For US : use half a 3 oz pkg called Jell-o strawberry powdered type)
- 1 cup butter (or 250 g, softened)
- 4 eggs (room temperature)
- 3 1/4 cups all-purpose plain flour (or 400 g, sifted)
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 cup coconut milk (or 250 ml, room temperature)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberry puree (or 125 g, made from fresh or frozen strawberries)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (or 125 ml)
- 8 oz. cool whip (container of Extra Creamy, or Fresh whipping cream)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
