- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. extra fine granulated sugar (or more to taste)
- 24 won ton wrappers (2-inch round)
- 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1/4 cup basil leaves (chiffonade)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 24 cup mini muffin pan with nonstick spray.
- Combine strawberries, balsamic vinegar and sugar in a large bowl and set aside.
- Place a wonton wrapper into each of the muffin cups and press carefully to make sure there is a opening in the center.- Note- I used mini muffins pans
