- 2 Tbsp. Smucker's Strawberry Preserves
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper

Directions
- COMBINE preserves, vinegar, mustard and thyme in small bowl.
- WHISK in oil until blended. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- When there is only 2 to 3 tablespoons preserves left in the jar, simply add remaining vinaigrette ingredients to the jar. Cover tightly with lid and shake jar until well blended. Store prepared vinaigrette in the refrigerator.

great! I did not have red wine vinagar in my kitchen so I also added honey and white vineagar which helped it.
