Husband and I are not typically big oatmeal fans, but wanted to give it a go. Followed directions exactly, and made the night before. We both felt that the oats were still somewhat dry and the whole thing just tasted pasty. Will stick with cooking oatmeal the old fashion way.

I liked this recipe. I substituted kefir for yogurt ( which typically has a lot of sugars in it) I added blueberries which I loved , what I'm missing here is the nutritional values. Could you post , thanks Beth
