I had most of the ingredients so we decided to give this recipe a try for breakfast. Most of our fresh strawberries were devoured by the kids so I had to supplement by thawing our some frozen strawberries. Other than that I followed the recipe. Oh and the recipe didn’t tell me how long to leave it in the oven so I just kept an eye on it until the top caramelized. I think I cooked it for 15 or 20 minutes.
There was enough batter to fill 5 bowls which worked out well for my family.
It was a a sweet, light treat. Most of the family gobbled it up!
