Mine was thin, i pulsed and blended a slightly to break up the ice cubes, but there really isn’t much to hold this together. It’s a nice, healthier alternative compared to some recipes which are more unhealthy (but maybe more yummy).

This smoothie is wonderful with the steel cut oats and so much healthier and filling. I enjoy it for breakfast and so does my husband🙂 I’m not sure he’ll like the flaxseed but that’s something I’ll have to try🤔

I added 1 tablespoon flaxseed and 1 tablespoon oatmeal, as well as half a banana. I could have probably used more oatmeal like 1/3 of a cup of raw oats. I had to use our chobani strawberry flavored yogurt. The kids loved it.

I thought it was really good! Next time i would add only 1 tablespoon of honey though. Otherwise it was really good!

I didn’t have any vanilla extract or yogurt, so I made it with the milk and honey replacing those and WOW. It was first of all GORGEOUS. I put it in a water bottle and it went through the straw without any issues, and it was sooooooooo good! The one thing was that all the honey made it very very sweet, so I would probably leave out one of the tablespoons next time.
