The dough was WAY too wet to try to form into a dough, it was more like muffin batter. I scooped it on the the prepared sheet with a 1/4 measuring cup. The strawberries bled and turned the dough pink, and the vanilla in the glaze turned it an unappealing brown color. They taste was actually good, they turned out to be round discs, not very flaky, but moist.
