I’m an avocado novice, this was the first time I made anything with it. I liked it a lot! I did use 2 oz of Feta cheese and I think that added to the flavor. I ended up with more of the mixture than I could stuff into the avocado shells. Guess I’m not great at “finely chopped “

So yummy! Loved this so much I made another batch yesterday next day. Such a good option for variance on pico. Delicious!

Looks delicious - will definitely try - Feta? cheese in the picture but not in the ingredients?
