    Great recipe to embrace strawberry season. I let the salsa sit overnight to really let the flavors blend. I thought there was a little too much red onion but my husband liked it. For a healthier alternative, I served the salsa on top of a toasted English muffin instead of chips. I also plan to add some to cottage cheese for a quick protein snack. Endless posibilities...I will definitely make this again. I might even try the same recipe using peaches, now that peach season is here. ☺
