- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup milk (I used almond milk here but any milk should work fine)
- 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 large egg (at room temperature)
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. milk (OR heavy cream, more if needed to achieve desired consistency)
