- 4 Tbsp. pure maple syrup (or to taste, I use 3 tablespoons)
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups strawberries (quartered fresh)
- 1 1/2 cups rhubarb (sliced, about 1 large stalk)
- 4 Tbsp. pure maple syrup (depending on the sweetness of your fruit)
- 2 Tbsp. water (filtered)
- 1/4 tsp. cardamom (optional)
