- 2 cups rhubarb (about 4-5 stalks, cut into 1/2 inch chunks)

Great! I forgot to buy strawberries but I had a cup of raspberries. So I used 3 cups of rhubarb and 1 cup of raspberries. I increased the maple syrup to 1/3 of a cup. I used Grand Marnier in place of Cointreau. I baked it for a few minutes longer so the top browned nicely. It’s delicious!
