- 1 1/2 cream cheese (tubs, 12 oz total, tofutti is by far the best I have tried)
- 1/4 cup flour (garbanzo, sounds weird but it works)
- 1/4 cup soy milk
- 1/3 cup natural sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup rhubarb (chopped fresh)
- 1/2 cup strawberries (chopped fresh)
