I was a fan of this fresh fruit version until I tasted it. It lacked any sweetness and literally was fruit, ice and rum. A little harsh and not enjoyable for my taste. Needed lots of sugar and/or simple syrup to fix it. Unable to rescue this batch and ended up throwing away.
Note the amount of rum per cup to use is for professional drinkers - way too much for me!
