- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp. flaxseed meal
- 1/8 tsp. vanilla
- 1 dash salt
- 4 strawberries (mashed*)
- 1 Tbsp. honey (more or less depending on your preference of sweetness)
- 1/2 cup yogurt (I used strawberry yogurt for more strawberry flavor)

Great and easy! I didn’t add any of the seeds for I did not have any. I will definitely make it again.

The oats were great. . But the macros are wrong. 29 grams of protein??? It’s got maybe half of that.

It was good, just a little to thick for my taste. I suggest adding a bit more milk.
