Very tasty, but also very coconutty. I didn't know what to expect as I have never cooked with coconut oil but I am pleasantly surprised. Next time I will use 3 tbsp of butter (i used flora buttery light) and 2 tbsp of coconut oil to lessen the taste of coconut. I also used chia seeds for extra fibre and protein.
