- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup tofu (pureed until smooth)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 16 oz. strawberries (Fresh, hulls removed and quartered)
- fresh lemon juice (Squeeze of)
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- agave (or Maple Syrup, to taste - I used a little over 1 Tbl.)
