I used all purpose flour instead. Additionally, chocolate chips were a must and brown sugar (about 1 tsp.) sprinkled on top to achieve carmelized muffin tops!
I only have Texas sized muffin tins right now so I had to bake them for over an hour. Also I’m at over 4,500 feet elevation so that plays a part too.
These taste and look like the best coffee shop muffins!
