  • 8 ounces strawberries (half a container, if using frozen be sure to defrost completely)
  • 3 drops red food coloring (to get more of a color pop than my cake had)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup strawberries (mashed)
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 2 tablespoons milk (I prefer whole but you can use whatever you have)
