This turned out really good. I was super worried about the sour cream topper, but everything worked great. I also made a Graham cracker crust instead of just pressing the crumbs in, and a strawberry compte for topping. Will definitely make again

This is a great recipe. Easy to follow directions and delicious results. I made one substitution. I didn’t have graham cracker crumbs so I used crushed pecan sandies (Keebler cookies) instead and it turned out great. I love cheesecake but have seldom baked it from scratch. I will from now on, especially when fresh strawberries are in season!

This recipe is one of my favorites b/c not only is it SUPER easy to follow and simple to make — the finished product is friggin’ delicious. I’ve played with it by adding various toppings, mixing in different fruits/berries, and even switched out half the sour cream for flavored yogurt!!! No matter what, it comes out AMAZING!!!

Good clear directions. Be mindful of room-temp ingredients and beating egg whites to stiff peaks. I chose a pretzel and graham cracker crust made using butter in oven for 10 min prior to rest of cake. I also used a strawberry gelatin mixture on top.

the only food i’ve ever made in my entire life is scrambled eggs. this recipe was super easy to follow and turned out excellent! because i had to hand whip the eggs i didn’t get the whites to stiff peaks, but that’s all i changed.

I didn't have sour cream so instead I use plain Greek yogurt and turn out be really good

Loved it! When doing the graham crackers add some butter it is much easier to work with, and to pat down. Otherwise, absolutely amazing, will make again.

Loved it!! When adding the graham cracker make sure you mix it with butter first. other than that it was an amazing recipe!
