Delicious! I don’t buy self-rising flour so used AP flour and added baking powder (1.5tsp per cup) & salt (.25 tsp per cup) I added cold butter and frozen strawberries to flour in a food processor which made quick work of it. I added 1 cup of buttermilk to the processor, next. I put the small biscuits close together and had to double the cooking time but put tin foil over them halfway through.
