They are good we swapped the eggs for applesauce, and the oats for oat bran which is smaller. we have been trying the plant based lifestyle for a few months and took these into a 3 grade class room for a birthday treat and everyone that tried them thought they where really good but some of the kids that don't usually have healthy looking muffins didn't even want to try! They sure looked sad when everyone said you should try them they are really good.
