I substituted for coconut milk to help with lactation for breastfeeding. Worked like a charm and it was super delicious. This will now be my breakfast go-to.

This is one of the first smoothies I have tried and it was really good. I added a cup of mixed berries and it has been a favorite in my house

Really tasty and filling. I like to freeze my fruit before making smoothies, so my bananas and strawberries were frozen. Will be nice and refreshing in summer.

Although I'm not a fan of smoothies, this was pretty good! Easy to make, and easy to remember the recipe and directions. It's kind of a complete meal or snack in it of itself. And I like that it's not too sweet. My brother is lactose intolerant, so I made a batch just leaving out the yogurt and it was still good.

Loved this smoothie. In my opinion, strawberries are the sweet alternative for chocolate. 🙂👍🏻💕

turned out good used milk 🥛instead of almond milk didn’t have any vanilla extract so used a little extra honey 🍯

This was a great recipe. I subbed out plain yogurt for vanilla and left out the vanilla extract. Super good, highly recommend.

I had this for an evening snack left out honey and used steel cut oats a little gritty but not unpleasant .I will make this again and maybe add a vegan protein powder for breakfast.
