I baked these for well over the recommended time. They never fully baked and I ended up throwing them all away. The only thing I did differently was put the muffins in paper cups rather than directly into the pan.

Great!! But I'd keep them in the fridge to keep mold away! After sitting out for 3 days they had mold on them so hopefully the fridge will stop that from happening.
