This is one of my family’s favorite banana bread recipes. Always turns out great. The only change I make is using 100% whole wheat flour, and the bread is not stodgy at all. Thanks for the recipe!

Wonderful recipe! I substituted sugar with monk fruit sweetener, but followed the recipe on other ingredients. Easy to put together, beautiful presentation and delicious.
