- 4 oz. crumbled gorgonzola cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds (toasted)
- 1/2 red onion (a small, thinly sliced)
- 1 batch dressing (poppyseed, recipe below)
- 1/3 cup avocado oil (or any oil, such as olive oil)
- 3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
- dry mustard (pinch of ground, optional)
