- 1/2 cup avocado (cut into small pieces)
- 1 jalapeno (finely diced, I used jalapeno flakes and chili garlic sauce to taste)
- 1/4 cup red onion (finely diced)
- 1 lime juice (and zest)
- 1 handful cilantro (chopped)
- pepper
